[Gllug] Graduates paying for IT training before employment

Howzit?

I phoned them but they said, "You had to have been in the UK for two
years or more.", when I explained that I was from South Africa and had
been working in IT for a few years.

Meskien was hulle bang? 
(Maybe they were scared?)
