The very first Linux I installed (circa 1999/2000) let me play Tetris  
whilst the installer did it's stuff.

I haven't seen that in a distro for ages... maybe I should submit a  
request to Debian and ask them to delay the release of Sarge until  
they put it in :)

I think that distro was Caldera.
