Well... I just have a bunch of shell scripts that parse sar data and
pipe it into gnu-plot, and then serve it using apache.

OTOH I don't think you can just apt-get install steves-shell-scripts 

Be interesting to see what people recommend, as it may be a better
solution than mine.
