[Gllug] ADSL Routers

When we had a BT redcare circuit it was provided over an existing standard
phone line !

As far as I am aware BT currently only provide ADSL at 'raw' speed of 2Mbps
exchange->user and 512Mbps user->exchange.  The speed you actually get is
somehow 'throttled' at the DSLAM,  though as yet I have been unable to
ascertain how the throttling is done  (do they count bytes or frames ?)
