A limited company needs at least two people involved, and to be 
IR35-proof you'll need to have significantly more clients than people.

Some of you may recall my company, Clues.  We had three people plus 
bought in help, close to 50 clients in 2 years of work and _still_ had 
some trouble being sure we were IR35-proof.

I can recommend our accountant, though, IT Accounting Online Ltd.  They 
weren't perfect but you always got a human to speak to, one who knew who 
you are.
