Then you really aren't much use as a sysadmin or programmer IMHO.

ASP or PHP I could understand the dislike but I've never met a
rational argument against using perl, only myths and handwaving
nonsense about this really horrid code somebody related to a third
aunt once saw, or that nonsense about it being like linenoise.

Puh lease. If you have something sensible to say, then please do but
after years of idiots dissing my preferred tool without any knowledge
of it I am pretty sick of it.
