OK i managed to create cxacru-fw.bin
and its not complaining about that anymore

cxacru 1-2:1.0: found firmware cxacru-fw.bin

BUT then it says next line

cxacru 1-2:1.0: boot ROM patch (cxacru-bp.bin) unavailable (hotplug
misconfiguration?)

any ideas?

I will google meanwhile, but if it wasn't for the initial hint of Joe
I wouldnt get this step closer :)

which is why I need more hints like that
