also alternatively
i know this is a pain
but that is how I found out that the best driver for Epson C46
(missing from the list)
was in fact Epson C41x (or some other specific model. but no other would work)
you could try going for the BJC series to see if that work.
mind you - this is a guess.
but that is how i eliminated all possibilities and finally made my own
Epson C46 (missing from the list)
work with another driver Epson C41x (or something like that, but only
one worked)
If you don't want to risk trying wrong drivers
then you need to find that PPD file under
/usr/share/cups/model
I haven't check the Canon Website yet
- I will try and see if they have a Linux PPD file there.
