Well now I feel like a fool :-)

The thought simply didn't cross my mind... which is silly, since I
hacked El Torito support in mkisofs about 6 years ago, a couple of
jobs back...  No, neither binary nor source were redistributed, and it
was long before the... unpleasantness...
