Sounds like the kernel needs to upload some firmware to the device and
it is looking for the relevant firmware file and not finding it.  Looks
like it's looking for either /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/cxacru-fw.bin or
(more likely) /lib/firmware/cxacru-fw.bin.  The documentation for the
kernel module might tell you where to get the file (probably on the
CDROM that came with the device and probably not called cxacru-fw.bin).
