[Gllug] Zeroing IP counters with fedora core 3

Synchonicity at work again; I've just been looking at
the RRDtools stuff
for a different problem. Seems the logical route to
go. 

A cow-orker suggested 

# watch -n 5 -d 'ifconfig eth0' 

which gives a nice glanceable output (less pain than
mrtg)
