Not that you know of, you mean. Assuming that you're correct now, who's
to say such a happy state will persist tomorrow?

This just isn't true is it? Government departments such as the Ministry
of Defence wouldn't use Windows unless they were very confident that
their installations were secure - if Windows was inherently secure
they'd be forced to find an alternative since all of their additional
precautions would be irrelevant.

Security is all about how you use the system; no OS is inherently secure.

Perhaps your argument is that Linux makes life easier because there are
fewer opportunities for vulnerabilities to arise than with Windows.
Regardless of whether that's true, it's not a reason to advocate the
gung-ho approach to security you seem to be.
