Today's Sunday Times came with a CD of The Lion King (Disney), on it is 1 audio track 47 mins long.

The cover says 'Promotional use only. Not for resale. Unauthorised duplication and use prohibited.'

I respect the copyright and won't make copies. What I want to query is the 'Not for resale'. I have
not agreed to anything. I could (I assume) resell the whole newspaper once I had finished reading it,
so why could I not resell part of what I received ?

Comments.

Incidentally: when I popped it into my PC the player popped up a dialogue box telling me
that there were 'multiple matches' in the database. It gave me a choice of 24 disks that
it thought it could be, everything from Red Hot Chilli Peppers to Mozart. The "disk IDs"
are 8 chars long, they all start 020b but what follows varies. 020b2301 shows multiple
matches itself as does 020b2201. What is going on ?
