Thats it!!!  I really would have been bored before I spotted that.
I turned it off with /usr/sbin/setenforce 0 and now it works.

I'm amazed it stopped outbound, whats it actually doing?  Guess I've got  
some reading to do!

Is there anyway round it without turning it off, as I guess the more  
security I can have the better.
