[Gllug] [ot] suggestions for dvd ripping software

I've tried about 8 different bits of software in the past few hours and
none seem to fit the bill.

I have a lot of DVDs of various TV series. Each DVD typically contains 4
to 6 episodes. I would like to create one avi file per episode so that I
can watch episodes on demand using my dreambox.

Several tools I've found allow to the extract episodes one at a time
(i.e. select one, click Go, wait. select the next one, click Go, wait.)
but I'd like to just whack the DVD in the drive, click "Go" and come
back to a directory full of large files for me to convert to divx a few
hours later.

Is there a tool that can do this? Commercial software is fine, I have no
problems with paying for software that does what I need :)
