[Gllug] event log mystery

I keep seeing this in the event logs and wondered if someone could tell me 
what is being denied and whether this is directly related to the command that 
always preceeds it "ourserver" etc.
ourserver is the name of the local server and ourcompany.local is the local 
network. I'm assuming it is something to do with the DNS server.
what is the number after the 192.168.1.21 reffering to?
Any help most gratefully recieved - thanks in advance !
