[Gllug] Source for quality 24/7-duty cycle SATA drives?

I've found that not cooling the drives properly is a *BIG* cause of
failure.

My server over there:

The 40GB Maxtor drive is 3 or more years old; the others a year or
more. All have been running continuously except for the odd power
failure.

/dev/hdc: _NEC DVD_RW ND-3500AG: S.M.A.R.T. not available
/dev/hde: Maxtor 6Y160P0: 28 C
/dev/hdf: Maxtor 6Y160P0: 24 C
/dev/hdg: Maxtor 6Y160P0: 27 C
/dev/hdi: Maxtor 6Y160P0: 37 C
/dev/hdk: Maxtor 6Y160P0: 37 C
