[Gllug] /etc/fstab entries

Hi Chums,

I just wanted a second opinion, and to check I'm not missing something
obvious, before I go and have a quiet word with someone.

I've discovered that on a machine with an external array, they've put
entries in /etc/fstab as follows:

/dev/cciss/c1d0p1 /u01 ext3 rw 0 0
/dev/cciss/c1d1p1 /u02 ext3 rw 0 0

etc

It seems to me fairly unwise to have fs_freq and fs_passno set to
zero, does it not?

On a similar machine, I have simply gone for:

/dev/sda1 /u003 ext3 defaults 1 2

etc

I am pondering taking the person to one side and suggesting that my
entry is to be preferred.

Am I justified?

S.
