[Gllug] Compiler setup problem

Hi everyone,
  Can someone help me out what is wrong with my compiler...
  I have just installed Ubuntu on a pentium III and I have the following error message when I tried to compile with any compiler (cc, gcc, g++, autogen.sh for Glade-2 and so forth).
  I have not got any answer from my search on google on the subject?
