There's no such thing as consumer SDSL. 

For £150/month most ISPs wont offer any more than 512K or 1Mb on 
contended SDSL. You'd also face a heavy activation charge.

At that level it would probably be better to go with MAX ADSL Premium
which provides upload speeds at about 750Kb/s.
