[Gllug] Stupid spammers!

So I was watching my exim server, and adding some spam addresses to the
blackhole list. I kept seeing ones that looked like message-IDs.

Googling for one found this very list archive!

Yep, some spammer has pulled out all the Message-ID tags, and is sending
me email at them...

*Sigh*.

Best way to get Exim to reject all email addresses of the form 
[alphanumeric_string].fsf@ ?
