[Gllug] Squid question

I would quite like to set up a squid daemon on a remote box and run it
as a sibling of my local squid - but given that I have a dynamic IP I
cnnot see anyway of doing that beyond letting everyone on my ISP's
subnets being able to do the same... is there a way round this?
