I know of one company that does, or did, this.

It was quite funny, really, to see them prattling on about how they were 
such ardent supporters of open source software, yet blatantly stealing 
services from Redhat.

In fairness, they stole pretty much all of the software they used, they 
weren't just picking on Redhat. :)
