[Gllug] Moving processor between boxes

I am a bit mystified as to why a box with 2 processors should be any faster
than a box with one processor!
Surely the whole point of SMP is the box can two two things simultaneously,
not do one thing twice as fast?
Thus, making it more difficult for a greedy process to 'hog' the machine!

Or have I got the wrong end of the stick completely?
