[Gllug] how do i report spam?

I checked the numerical IP address in the headers to establish that it
belonged to verizon.net.      However,  wasnt able to get much info on who
email at verizon.    Did find one email address, to which I have already
sent an email.  No response though !! (surprise, surprise).
