First thing would be to open a support ticket with the host (either  
by email or telephone or by their web support system - whatever) and  
find out if they'd be willing to install the necessary modules for  
you.  If not, you could look for another host or alternatively find a  
dedicated server or VPS provider so you can DIY :)
