[Gllug] Motherboard recommendations

I am getting a new machine at work which will probably be a Socket 754 
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ / 2 GHz processor with 2Gb RAM, but I need a 
motherboard to put it all onto.

On board graphics/sound/lan are fine as long as they work with Linux. 
Non-crap sound quality would be nice.

Any recommendations?
