man rm:

To  remove  a file whose name starts with a `-', for example
    `-foo', use one of these commands:

	rm -- -foo
	rm ./-foo

Often -- is a way to say "end of flags, any - after this is an
argument".

You may need to combine -- with double quotes as your filename contains
spaces.
