[Gllug] help deleting file

Hi,
I have a file called:

-==  OEM Radio  ==-  Original electronic music from established and 
undiscovered musicians around the world.  Brought to you by Dub 
Beautiful Collective..mp3


I want to delete it, but every time I try, I get the message:

rm: invalid option -- =
Try `rm --help' for more information.


How can I delete this file ?
