[Gllug] Ispconfig installation hassles (more mysql problems)

This is getting me nowhere. What do I do now?

I know the user and password works in a seperate terminal window!

It takes 110 minutes to do the install to this point (its compiling
stuff).

Please enter your MySQL user:blahblah
Please enter your MySQL password:xxx
ERROR 1130 (00000): #HY000Host 'blachblah' is not allowed to connect to
this MySQL server
ERROR: The provided MySQL password is wrong! The installation routine
stops here!

And that's it. Bombs out, no second chance, 110 minute recompile looms.

Wossup??? Any ideas?
