I've suddenly started sending myself emails like this :-

   Subject: Hacker Attack!!!
   From: test <frank at frasco.org.uk>
   Date: Fri,  6 Jan 2006 10:20:49 +0000 (GMT)
   To: frank at frasco.org.uk

I can't see anything in my logs and chkrootkit hasn't flagged anything.
What have I done! What program is responsible for the emails?
Have I been rooted?
