[Gllug] Save routing table changes in CentOS 4.3/RHEL4

on rhel4 (and centos because it uses the same scripts) you can specify
static routes in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-<interface>. You
should be able to use the 'ip route add' command syntax for these routes.
