[Gllug] a GLLUG official spokesperson?

Hi

Another LUG I'm a member of is currently in a round of nominations for 
various roles within the LUG.  Chairman, treasurer, web master etc.  I 
don't see any immediate need for GLLUG to have most of these roles but 
it occurs to me that an "Official Spokesperson" might be a useful 
figurehead to have.

I can think of several people here who would suit the role,  Jason 
Clifford, Simon Morris and Bruce Richardson spring to mind, amongst others.

Thoughts?
