Hmm using a windows like GUI.

Gem Desktop on he Atari ST was better than windows 3.1!

Apple created the first window based GUI

There was even a window like GUI on the BBC if I remember correctly,

Bill gates came up with nothing new he was just a good sales man like
VHS vs Beta nax.
