I find Dabs and Novatech pretty reliable.  I've yet to discover a
supplier who I'd categorise as "good", but both of those fit as "not
bad".  The test comes when you have to do something other than place a
simple order - e.g. return something or get a problem fixed.  I was
using Aria until recently when my first query arose (I ran up against a
bug in their on-line ordering system) and their customer services
response can only be described as dismal.  Hence they got moved from the
"not bad" category into the "bad" one.
