I had to return a PC I bought from novatech about 18 months ago. It was 
an O/S free, low spec PC I bought to use as a 'mirror' [1] mail/file 
server, but it wouldn't boot from HD once the OS was installed. The 
customer services rep was very helpful, the techies knew what I was 
talking about and weren't bothered that my test installations were not 
from Redmond. They arranged for a swap the next day, and the machine 
that arrived has been up and running ever since. I've bought at least 
10 PCs from them in the past, a fair few peripherals, recommended them 
to plenty of people, and generally look to them first when I want some 
new kit.
