I had to return a PC I bought from novatech about 18 months ago. It was
an O/S free, low spec PC I bought to use as a 'mirror' [1] mail/file
server, but it wouldn't boot from HD once the OS was installed. The
customer services rep was very helpful, the techies knew what I was
talking about and weren't bothered that my test installations were not
from Redmond. They arranged for a swap the next day, and the machine
that arrived has been up and running ever since. I've bought at least
10 PCs from them in the past, a fair few peripherals, recommended them
to plenty of people, and generally look to them first when I want some
new kit.

[1] I don't wish to start the 'definition of a backup' thread all over
again...
