Darwin Streaming Server comes with a nice web interface, IIRC, and the
mpeg4ip (http://www.mpeg4ip.net/) broadcaster has an X interface.
They also support proper streaming over UDP.  Unfortunately mpeg4ip
was a bit of a pain to compile last time I tried.  The release version
of FAAC, which you need to link against, was a little unstable too,
the CVS snapshot is much better.

There's also http://www.flumotion.net/ , but I've never used that.
