I would suggest against the week before xmas (presumably many people
will be on holiday or rushing their shopping), and I guess the same
applies to the 15/16/17th.

The 9th is the BBC Backstage do, so the 11th-14th seems fair.

I think my SO is flying out on the 13th to go back to China for a couple
of weeks, so (probably!) the evening of the 13th or 14th would be
convenient for me, if that makes any difference :)
