That's nothing, and at least higher rate tax is visible. For real
"fiscal drag", look at the rise in the number of estates coming in for
inheritance tax, where the threshold has barely moved despite ludicrous
rises in property prices. If you want disastrous stealth taxes, look no
further than the catastrophic state of pensions in the country today.
