[Gllug] ifconfig - eth2 not "RUNNING"

CentOS 4.4

Can anyone tell me why the interface on eth2 below doesn't have a RUNNING 
entry like the others? It's all been configured from within 
system-config-network. I'm also having trouble ping-ing anything on the 
192.168.0.0 network.
