That's my thinking. To have any point such a magazine would need to cover 
server and advanced topics including the things you mention above and 
programming topics.

I think it should also have a strong political Free Software focus 
publishing articles discussing licensing and related issues.

The real question however is whether anyone is interested in trying to 
launch such a mag.
