[Gllug] Using Pinnacle PCTV Sat DVB

Hello
Got the card from a friend and thought someone among you may have tinkered with it?
Actually, I am stuck with the basics as it does not pick up anything with a basic 
indoor antenna. Do I need satellite dish or is a kind of TV Freeview antenna OK.
