You can see the inclined orbit sats that have strayed out of the Clarke
belt here: http://science.nasa.gov/RealTime/jtrack/3d/

They are really useful, for people at the poles, and for ISPs in poor
countries. I used to run an ISP in Zimbabwe -- we could't afford to
buy space on any of the satellites that kept still.
