I just gave the numbers listed on the site a call.  The Tesco one didn't 
pick up and the other one, although manned by a very helpful lady, 
couldn't tell me whether it was rebranded open source software or not.   
She said they had another announcement going out and she'd be happy to 
email me a copy,  I'll pass it on when it arrives.
