Yup, we agree.

We still agree as the current proposals stand.  In an ideal world _the 
implementation_ would realise that copyright can, and perhaps will, 
expire, or be voluntarily recinded, and take appropriate action.  This 
is _still_ a problem with implementation and _not_ intent.
