I suspect that some of the BBC staff are on this list, they would know who
to talk to and also know what is *really* happening and what the *real*
decision points are ... as opposed to what is aired.
Would there be some interest in getting out of our armchairs and trying to
do something about it ? We could meet up one evening next week ?
In some ways this ties up with something that I have wanted to do for some
time and get UKUUG to be more active in things like this -- not all of the
rest of council is behind me. I got agreement y/day to have a meeting where
we will look at producing briefing papers, etc, for MPs that we can take
to our local MP's surgery.
Anyone interested in getting involved ?
