Considering that most wifi borrowing is anonymous neighbours. You can at least identify the person in a car.

I've been trying to do some work on the Wikipedia article on the
Internet Watch Foundation.

They don't just deal with kiddy porn - they also deal with race hate and
"criminal obscenity". What counts as criminally obscene is interesting.
Some BDSM? Even if consensual?

Images of *under 18s* count as child porn - even though 16 year olds can
get married and 17 year olds join the army. Looking at such images is
also classed as *making* the image. You don't need to have taken the
image yourself - although that's what the public will think.

Do not underestimate what the government can do under the auspices of
anti-paedophilia or anti-antisocial behaviour..
