Heck of a co-incidence, I was on the phone haggling with Dell over this
when this email was coming down. I tried to order 2 PCs for work and
couldn't believe the 120 pound delivery charge. The PCs themselves were
only about 220 pounds each!

So I called Dell and the sales rep said she'd give me a 20 pound
discount to compensate, but even so it's still a lot of money to deliver
a couple of PCs.
