[Gllug] X Window Proxy

Afternoon,

    Does anyone know of software that can proxy an X window session? 
What I want to be able to do is start an X session on a remote machine, 
but via a proxy so that when i shutdown or change the _client_ machine I 
can keep the same session running and connect again.

Ideas?
