DNS & BIND, $current Edition, O'Reilly press.
Or just install BIND in your favourite way, and look at the sample named.conf
that comes with it - hopefully it should be enough to get you on your way
(certainly the one that comes with OpenBSD is sufficient).
http://opengrok.creo.hu/openbsd/xref/src/etc/bind/named-simple.conf should give
you a hand in getting started.
